Data Deletion

This page explains how to remove the Luviamo app from your Facebook account and how to request deletion of your personal data directly from Luviamo. It also explains what is deleted and within what timeframe.

1. Remove the Luviamo app from Facebook

When you remove the app from Facebook, Meta automatically sends us a deletion request, and we delete your stored connection data (see section 3).

  1. Log in to Facebook and open Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Select Business Integrations.
  3. Find Luviamo in the list and choose Remove.

Alternatively, you can disconnect directly in Luviamo: Settings → Channels → disconnect the Meta connection. This deletes the stored Page access token and the account linkage.

2. Delete your personal data from Luviamo

You can request deletion of your personal data in two ways:

Some data may be retained for the period required by legal obligations (e.g., accounting). The security log is retained for at most 12 months.

Connected-channel tokens and personal data are deleted immediately upon request. Data is purged from backups within 30 days. The security log is retained for at most 12 months, and legally required data (accounting) for the period required by law.

5. Checking deletion status (Facebook deletion request)

When a deletion request comes through Facebook, our system returns a confirmation code. You can check the deletion status with the code at:

Replace <confirmation-code> with the code you received. For an unknown code, the page reports that no request was found.
